Title: color problems, i'm new, please be nice

howdy all
i just attended my first arcade auction and i got a STEAL on a cisco heat set
unfortunately, the game kinda sucks and wasn't all too popular
so i can't find any information on the schematics or whatnot
but, on one of the monitors the color seems to be faded
if you look at the color bars on the test screen, most are black and it slowly fades into brown
now, the game itself isn't as bad as that, but sitting right next to a nice one you can REALLY tell the difference
any help would be great

A capacitor kit would certainly help.
