I chose "other". I just love leaf spring joys. :D
-
Unless you're deliberately restricting yourself to Happ products I'd add some other widely used joysticks to that list. For example Ultimarc's T-Stiks and J-Stiks (www.ultimarc.com), and the original Wico leaf joysticks.
Also the replacement joystick for original Pacman ganes is simply the Ms Pacman/Galaga joystick with an (outrageously overpriced) mounting plate added.

What the hell do you think you are doing using my avatar!
@#$%! I made that myself. Get rid of it IMMEDIATELY.
I'm flattered that you picked but seriously dude stop using it.
Thankyou.

Wico leafs here. Love 'em.
-
You left out the best stick P360!!!
-
J-stiks!! Love em!
-
I bought four "super" joysticks when they had them on sale.. good deal..
they did not have the P360 joysticks on sale at the time.. otherwise I would have contemplated buying those.. so far so good!

silverwind....where is your icon from? i'm not sure but it looks like its from a game called f**kquest. is that true?
-
Wico leaf joysticks here as well.
-
For my 2 8 way joys I am using 2 awesome sticks made by Asahi Seiko they are some of the best sticks I have seen or used. And even better no one else has them lol. My 4 way is a PacMan/Galaga red ball top.

lets make something clear here
the j-sticks are Sanwa Joysticks
honestly if i bought a geo metro and i ran a dealership called John Does Car Depot and sold it to you as a ferrari would it then become a ferrari just because i bought and resold it
-
So Apollo where did you get those sticks then? Do you got a pic of them and what makes them so great? 8)
-
J-sticks are king. I just hate those natty-american gear sticks.

So you are saying a Sanwa is a Geo Metro and a J-Stick is a Ferrari, and someone is buying Sanwas and selling them as J-Sticks? I was considering getting a J-Stick at some point and am having trouble deciphering your comments.
I think what you are trying to say is that I can get a Sanwa cheaper than a J-Stick, and they are exactly the same stick. While I've heard the term, I'm not familiar with where I can get a Sanwa Joystick.

I've got a pic of them but it's on normal film. I'll get them developed and post a pic next week for anyone who is interested. They are great because they are a great stick for classics like Time Pilot but also have very distinct diagonals for the fighters. Also they are old school steel shaft and red ball top which I love.

I think what he is trying to say is this.
The J-Stick is just a single small vendors name for the product. It isn't the actual name of it.
