Title: Need help with Null DC (Dreamcast Emulator)

I downloaded Null DC (Dreamcast Emulator) and when I try and open it this happens...what is d3dx9_35.dll? Now I have a 5 year old computer and I know that it is not gonna run these games at a proper speed, but I would like to at least open the program up. Does anybody know what I need to do?

Install the dx9 client redistributable.
