Only clean scan I know of.  Maybe if you ask someone like Pixelhugger, he might retrace it for a small fee.  I would, but Im booked right now.  I could maybe do it in a few weeks.  Dont really know if I have time though.

Either way, it needs to be traced.

any graphic software, as long as you can draw lines and circle will handle such task with no problems.

I have an actual NBA Jam CP, but its in ROUGH shape (and has holes)
