Title: WG 7193

Original porblem no vertical deflection.  Found D13 shorted.  So, replaced D13 and the LA 7831.  No help.  I have Vcc to the LA 7831 and also pin 13 and 16 of the LA7823, so I replaced the LA7823. No help.  Replaced all the electrolytics, swaped the remote board with a known good one, checked for bad solder joints and I know the yoke is good.  Stil no help.  Using my scope, there is no output on pin 7 of the 7823.  Even tried lifting the oin out of the socket.  Still no output.  What am I missing?

What's your B+ voltage?

How does the solder look on the yoke connector?
