Anybody play the new NBA Jam? I recently sold my dedicated and am thinking of picking up the Wii or Xbox version. Just curious if it is any fun.

i have it on ps3, worth every doller

does it have any of the old classic players? Charlotte Hornets in it?

I just got one as Christmas gift for my brother... we used to love that game when we were kids.
"He's on fire!"

Thanks! My son really got into the game while we had the dedicated cabinet. Made him more interested in basketball. It helped that the Space Jam movie (with a lot of the same players) was on cable about the same time.

Just got this last night. It's a fantastic game, lots of fun. It does feel a tiny bit slower than the originals, but that may just be my perception. The essence of what makes Jam fun is certainly there. There's plenty of replay value in the campaign modes, if you're one of those completist types, and there's plenty of classic Jam goodness to unlock.
My only disappointment is the sore lack of one Mr. Muggsy Bogues in the game... ;D

Space Jam was a terrible game, hope you never made him play it. I plan to get NBA Jam for my 360; I have the NBA Jam TE board (somewhere) with all the mortal kombat guys.

We've been playing this at work, and just found out there's a save glitch on the Wii version. You cannot unlock quite a few characters UNLESS you leave the Wii on. These include:
All characters that require you to beat classic campaign with a team from each conference & division
One character that requires you to win 100 games
Characters that require you to accumulate 1000 and 10000 points from all games
May be more. What a joke. Way to go EA. Who's testing for your bugs? Might be time to fire them.
Best bet around this is download a save from gamefaqs.com.

I'll pick it up for 360 when it's under $20.
