Hi all, sorry if this is not the right place to post this. Has anybody been able to get in touch with mameroom.com? I ordered a quad kit from them a month ago. I received it last Monday and it was missing all of the assembly hardware and one of the pieces was broken in half. I sent them an email Monday night and waited until Wednesday before I called. I didn't get an answer so I figured they were shut down for thanksgiving. I called again today an nobody answered.
Now I've read a lot of good things about this company so I can only assume they have been closed for a few days due to the holiday. Can anyone confirm?
