Title: how do I enable the "soundsync" hack in cabmame??

I am rinning cabmameui64 .137 and the soundsync hack doesnt appear to be working. I still have stuttering sound.  I downloaded mameuifx to try it out and I has a box in sound settings to enable "sync sound with video and that does actually work.

All 'hack' features in cabmame must be manually introduced into the ini file, like so:

soundsync 1

If I recall, the 'sync sound with video' feature was appropriated by the author of FX and incorporated into the ui.
