Title: Enhancing the info screen
Post by: st graveyard on November 19, 2010, 08:06:00 am
Hello all,

I'm new to Mala. I'm currently enhancing the beautifull retrogui frontend for 800*600 resolution and adding some personal touches to it. I'm using my mame catalogue to test it all. I also have the snaps, the cabinets ... Anyway, now I would like to enhance the info screen in MALA. When I choose a game from the menu and press 'alt' you get a popup with the history, highscores, snap ... I would also like to have the cabinet shots in there, and in game shots. I would like to add them there instead of a definable on the main screen, that would make it all to crowdy for me, I like to keep a clean look. I know it is possible, but I just can't seem to figure out how to do it. When you look here (at around 59 sec) :
64-bit MAME Arcade Cabinet with 4 Player Control Panel (watch in HD!) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PzwHWPM21J8#ws)
This cabinet has a lot more info screens available. Anyone an idea how to do it?

Sorry if this is a stupid question.

Thanks for reading.

KR,
Grave

go into options, under the tab GUI you'll find "Info Window"...here you can add (or delete) info's and pics
