Title: Who the eff makes empty control panels these days?
Post by: pinballwizard79 on November 06, 2010, 12:18:16 am
ArcadesRfun = nope, he's out of that evidently

North Coast Customs aka mame room = tried em but it didnt work out

Retro arcade aka dream authentics = $500 for an empty panel, no art/plexi or ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- else

I just want a custom made CNC routed control panel with recessed hardware & I am not too cheap to spend more than I should (except $500 on nothing but MDF from DA, thats just insulting)

Anyone here?
Anyone else?

Dont make me buy a router & cut off my finge

Do you know exactly what it is that you need?  design and measurements, etc...  someone here may help you out.

I don't know of anyone still doing it but I've been away for a few years and still catching up.  Anyhow, my recommendation is to buy the router.  That way you can get what you want now and it opens up possibilities later.  Harbor Freight has decent routers for cheap.

You might want to watch Ebay they have blanks or unfinished one from time to time, otherwise mameroom is about it AFAIK.

I've got access to a full scale CNC machine. No clue what shipping would be like.. What material are you thinking of? Do you have exact measurements for things?
