Title: Which pinball machines have more than 2 flipper buttons?

Which pinball machines have more than 2 flipper buttons?  (Like how Black Knight has an extra button on each side for the Magna Save)

The Shadow
World Cup Soccer
Jungle Lord
Black Knight
Black Knight 2000
Judge Dredd (not technically flipper buttons, but used to launch the ball and for gameplay features)

There's at least a dozen...

Revenge From Mars and Star Wars Episode 1 have those weird combo flipper buttons.

Anyone know which keys on a keyboard the extra two 'flipper' buttons would be mapped to (for Hyperpin/Visual Pinball)?  I haven't figured out any that activate these additional buttons.

Not in RFM that I have ever seen.  They do in SWE1.
