I bought a MK2 machine at auction for 65$. The game runs great as does the sound. The problem is that there is no video. When I first inspected the chassis I noticed that its fuse had blown. I have since replaced the flayback, H.O.T., and voltage regulator. The four diodes for the power supply are good. I still blow fuses every time I turn it on. I can't think that it's the monitor since there is no light in the bulb - nothing is even getting to the monitor since the board's fuse pops. Does anyone have any ideas? I am at a loss. The only thing that I can think it might be is the isolation transformer, but, at this point I am just shooting in the dark (I am fairly new to this, btw).

and u didn't happen to forget the insulating hardware on that 2sd1398 ? (AND same deal on the regulator IC..)
case is collector and MUST be insulated from grounded heatsink - use thermal pad or mica insulator w/heatsink compound.
might wish to check/replace C57 while ur in there ;)
