Title: Great looking switches
Post by: BobA on October 25, 2010, 05:41:39 pm
Found some great looking and durable switches for things like power on etc.  Have to find a source in Canada but here is the manufacturer's page.

Franco is selling some of those in this thread. I don't know what the shipping would be from the UK though.

I've seen non-lit versions of those at the local electronics supply store, so maybe check out yours.

I used to use the illuminated versions for credits and non-illuminated for exit and menu on the early surface tension systems. They looked fantastic, but too expensive for the system. They totalled £50! So even though they really looked the part, it wasn't long before I came to my senses.

Yes that is alot for machines you are building.   Not bad for a one time build if you really like the look but too much when you have to buy alot of them.

Cheers buddy. I do have 6 left at the moment. Standard airmail to the US is £2 ($3), trackable Airsure airmail is £7 ($11).
