Title: USB passthru in a button housing?

I've seen this before in some of the fighting sticks people have made. But how do they make this? Or is it something you can buy? I've tried searching but to no avail (here and on Google). It's just a USB passthru housed in a button assembly so it looks cool and inconspicuous  :applaud:
