Title: Mamewah question

I downloaded the recent version of mamawah, when I start it up, instead of a black square with commands popping up I get a gray square... I cant figure out anything on this. How do I get the box to become black, so I can atleast see my options.

Did you unzip 'LAYOUTS.ZIP'?  Make sure you unzip it using folder names...
