Title: Novice LEDWiz wiring questions

Hi all,

Tomorrow I'm going to start on the last stage of my project (Modular panel),  wiring up the buttons for the LEDWiz. 

For my wiring I went with Cat5e network cables.  So if you guys don't mind,  a few questions... (Novagem buttons,  GGG prebuilt LED/Resistors)

1.  Can I daisy chain my blackstriped ground wires into a terminal block and run out a single wire to my Cat5e to that output connector on my LEDWiz?

2.  It is the USB output that I wire grounds to and not my external ground right?  I'm going to be using powered USB to run it.

3.  Since I'm running Cat5e to the wires from the LED's,  is there any kind of quick connect/disconnect male/female combo I could use rather than twisting the wires together?

Thanks all for your time,  I've been reading up on this for awhile,  but I'm a little hesitant as I've never done anything like this before.

(3): I prefer soldering the wires myself, you always have a chance of twisted wires working loose and causing you problems.
However, if you positively cannot solder for whatever reason, it would probably be better to wrap the wire around the LED lead using a wire wrapping tool, instead of hand twisting it.
Wire wrapping is  pretty easy to do once you get the hang of it, and it looks real neat. The twisted connection is supposed to last up to 10 years or longer.
The small Cat5 wires you are using should work with the tool. (But double check before buying the tool.)

You can also buy LED sockets, that the led plugs into, but you would probably have to solder your Cat5 wires to the sockets anyway, so you are back to square one.
