Title: Per game volume control?
Post by: ragnar on October 08, 2010, 10:48:03 am
Is there any way to have a default volume level setting for Mala where it will fefault Windows output to say 20%?  Or whatever the user decides.  Plugin maybe?

And then have a per game over-ride for the default?  Perhaps the default could just be whatever the setting is in Windows when Mala starts up.

The reason for this is that some of my games are very quiet for some reason.  NBA hangtime and NBA MAximum hangtime are two examples that come to mind.

Thanks!

Do a search for Mortal Kombat volume.

Here's the first one that came up, but I know more are out there.

Um....each game in MAME can have its own volume via ini entry (either manually, or through MAMEUI).

And, as far I know, Mala volume control is global.

Mala sets the wave output levels at the Windows OS level.
