Title: It passes the test, but it still....

   has the "unable to initialize Direct 3D" window before it launches the game. It did pass the test to see if any errors with DirectX so I'am I missing something? It was working great for 8 months and had to delete the ini and cfg folder for the tab to work, now this window pops up. If I play in ddraw the games are lower in quality and the text is blurry.
