Title: missile command.finished!!!!!!

i have had a few restores on the go,they have been on hold,not touched for a while due to limited space/funds etc.well i got me a couple of missile command cocktails and i have rescued 1 so far.had 1 left that was in need of parts,so bought another faulty one and have got 1 worker out of them 2 although it needs more work doing to get it finished.

we all like pics so i thought i would post a couple i had going elsewhere on another site.

this is the first worker i have got so far,rebuilt the ar2,big blue,replaceemnt edge connector,working board,powder coated legs,rebuilt trakballs (with the original balls) general clean up,fill holes,sand and rolled it with satin black,realy good match to the original laminate finish.

i have another one,its fully working but,it needs a working board,i got 3 boards to get repaired (i aint adept with boards) so they will have to go to repair.i might rebuild the ar2 also and the monitor needs a tweak,perhaps even a capkit (?) i will post pics of that one when its fully operational.

Looks great.  Is the game harder to play with the smaller trackball?  I'm guess it would be a little more difficult.

i dont have stand up so i cant compare.i would actualy have thought it would be harder on cocktail though,its just not as natural a gaming posistion that some people are use to.lets put it this way,noone will try to get the world record for missile command on a cocktail thats for sure.
