Title: Explanation of NES naming roms?

Can someone explain these to me...

(U), (J), (E)

Assuming (J) is for Japan Version.

[b1]-[b5],[o1]-[o5],[p1],[h1].[t1],[hm04]

Each rom has different ones.  No idea what they all mean.
