Title: Arcade Attendant's Manual
Post by: KagatoAMV on September 27, 2010, 06:22:28 pm
Hey folks,

I recently uploaded a pdf of the troubleshooting manual from my days working in an arcade.

http://files.arcadecontrols.com/details.php?image_id=3636&sessionid=36bf9ac3560ae6fdf4729b979a9df7c2 (http://files.arcadecontrols.com/details.php?image_id=3636&sessionid=36bf9ac3560ae6fdf4729b979a9df7c2)

While it is from the early '90s, and several more challenging problems have troubleshooting lists that end with "Contact your district manager." hopefully it might prove useful.  ;D

Nice upload!  :applaud:
This will go nicely beside my Atari "red book".  :)

Thanks for sharing!

I ran a basic PDF optimization over it and shrunk it by a few megs, as well as de-skewing some of the pages:

Also processed it with to make the text selectable, copyable and paste-able, however the accuracy of optical character recognition tends to be hit-or-miss.
