they look like rivets to me, to remove them I would use a drill

if you do this, it might be tricky to reassemble it

they are rivets, you will have to drill them out if you want to remove them.

If you have a chisel you don't care much about, you can knock the heads off the rivets with a hammer and chisel and punch the rest through.  If the heads don't cut off, as long as you lift them a bit you can squish the heads with pliers until small enough to punch through.
Be careful if you try - lots of potential to hurt yourself.

I have never seen a case riveted shut.  The rivet in your first picture looks like it is there to hold the power supply in place.  Right above that rivet looks like a normal screw hole to hold on the case's shell.  It looks like you have already removed this shell because we can see the bottom of the motherboard tray in your third picture.  This tray is NOT made to come out of the case.  It is part of the case.  You mount the motherboard to the opposite side of this tray (the inside part).  If you wish to remove the motherboard, you would remove the screws holding it in place.

-1 for my reading comprehension.
I had thought you meant to remove the motherboard tray from the case to mount in a cabinet or something.  It seemed that way from your pictures as you have beaten the holy hell out of the case.

As JustMichael posted, some pc cases have motherboard trays that are fixed in position.
What makes this even more confusing is that in the 2nd picture it looks as though you have a motherboard installed.

Please elaborate on your goal here.

Re-seat the memory, video card, Ide/sata cables and the p/s wires. Sounds like it's not posting.
