Didn't want to post this in the main forum and couldn't think of a good board to post this on. I am trying to find the name of a game I remember playing when I younger. I remember once or twice our washer/dryer would break and we would have to go to the laundry mat. I always looked forward to this, because the laundry mat had several arcade games. The owner would hand me a bunch of tokens and let me play for free so I wouldn't have to keep bugging my mom for more quarters :). I don't remember too many details, but figured I'd give this a shot and see if it rings a bell for anyone.
I want to say it was multidirectional shooter game where you were going through a shopping mall or something with multiple escalators to try to keep going up multiple levels and the game got harder. Anyone got an ideas or there is a chance I'm just dreaming this game up?
Thanks!

It may help to post what year this was that you played. I am guessing it is somewhat newer (compared to when I was a kid playing games) so date may help narrow it down.

Yep, this is it. Don't remember if it was that good of a game or not. Always remember playing that game and looking forward to when the washer/dryer would break. Then my mom found another laundry mat that didn't have an arcade so it wasn't as fun. Thanks jimmy2x2x

Yup, it's in MAME (which you probably figured out by now). It's a silly game but very enjoyable. The original used a hall effect joystick, but it plays well with my U360's.
