Title: UK Builders - Forstner bits on the cheap

Aldi have a set of 5 in a plastic case for £2.99 - Sizes range from 15mm to 35mm in 5mm increments


Picked a set up today and gave them a run out on MDF and some OSB - nice smooth holes

Not the best quality in the world but good for occasional DIY use and great for the price.

Oh and a 1200 watt router for £20 (!)

Nice find mate. im gonna see if they have any of those £20 routers left! cheap and cheerful, but perfect for the occasional use.

Incidentally,  looks like the same one Wickes sell for £50, plus they've never even heard of a forstner bit!
