I've got a Dell Dimension 2400 that was rarely used in a client's location as a spare terminal. Works great, just wiped the drive and installed a fresh Windows XP with SP3 image on it. Here's the specs:

Celeron 2.4GHz
512MB Ram
40GB Hard Drive
CD-ROM Drive
Integrated Intel Video + Bonus ATI Rage XL PCI video card (8MB Ram)
Runs quiet

This would be great for a classic games setup.
