Title: Wells d9200 no osd

heya guys, I have two neck boards that wont let me into osd. I have a newer neck board off of working unit and when installed into each one the osd comes on. I have changed ic201 but didnt help. Obviously it is a neck board issue but dont know of anyone else who had this problem Any ideas? thanx sbm

verify 5v B+ to ic202 pins 5,24
and check pins 7,8 for activity when osd activated
osd rgb out to ic201 via pins 19,20,21 with blanking on pin 22
Hsync in pin 6
Vsync in pin 17

Changed 201 and 202 , no change. this is getiing to be a pain in the but since I dont know where to go on this issue.

have data activity on pins 7,8 of ic 202 ? (uses a i2c bus from the uP )
MUST have H/V sync input on pins 6,17 respectively...

must be 9200 death time,i had one go bang today
i was working through mine today and actually got it running again but having issues with signal-i did some checks that may interest you
take a reading of the +12 onto the neck card,its marked on the plug-if it reads a good 12 v then trace that through the card
