Cant figure out why net frameworks is not letting me install it. The error is 1304 and it saying I don't have permission to this folder. I tried in safe mode and gave it full permissions but it didn't work.
The folder in question is c:\windows\winsxs. Just trying to install it so I can install installsheller. thnx!
