most people bring the PSDs into a local store and have them printed professionally, or send them online to someone like (gameongraphics?).
More people will be along shortly to confirm, i'm sure.
Alternatively, you could try printing it all out on A4, and line up the papers. Try adding gridmarks (something like a circle with crosshairs) to assist your printing and lining up, perhaps?

10x, but when I go to those stors what I have to tell him? that I want him to print it on A3 or just to print it in the real size of the document?
p.s in photoshop the document is in size 43x48 cm it is ok or i need to change it?

First, you need to decide how the overlay will be applied, adhesive with polycarbonate lamination or underneath plexi? I would advise using someone like gameongrafix because it's their trade to know this stuff. I've used local vendors and it's hit and miss with both materials and print quality. If you're using pshop, then make sure it's 300dpi and give yourself a little overage on all sides. Expect to pay anywhere from $13-17ft^2 for printing.
