Hi Jason, is this a CRT based display??

If so all you have to do is reverse the red and blue wires on the yoke.

feel free to e-mail or call if you need more help

Very bizarre.  I would try a different video source before swapping the wires around.

What kind of monitor is this?  What kind of connection are you using with it?

It all depends on what cab and how the CRt is installed in the cab but, if it's possible, just take out the crt and flip it.  :P

Then it would be backwards and upside down.  ;)
The monitor may have been set up for a game that used a mirror for display. The original suggestions were right.

Hi Jason, I sent you a PDF file (22pages) on basic monitor repair this morning. I have given this seminar to almost 250 techs now and I am sure it will come in handy.
Way more info than what you asked, but check the page that is titled Anatomy of a monitor. It will help you identify the yoke and if you need more just call me, more than happy to help!
