I have a monitor (WG4906) that is displaying a good quality picture but all I see is green. Adjustments to the red/blue drives changes the quality of the picture but does nothing to the color. I assume adjusting the red/blue drives UP is just saturating/blurring the picture is all that is happening there. I have not capped it at all and the game board tests good on another monitor for full color. Could it be the red/blue drive transistors or does a installing a cap kit actually re-introduce missing colors as one of it's fixes? Thanks.

for the sake of argument , do check the xistors .
more likely is a weak crt . especially if it has some age to it . rejuve time / or replace

What I see appears to be a change in the lightness/darkness as I adjust the other colors which I am convinced is the colors being added/subtracted in the background, in other words the boards are working, but there is no actual reds/blues seen. I had moved the boards to a different tube and have seen the three colors. So it has to be the tube.
