An update on this sale: I inquired about this through email back when this was posted. He told me it was still up for sale. So I paypaled him the $150.00 on March 24. The e-check cleared on Thursday, March 28. So he tells me he shipped this out the following week through FedEx. An email sent from him on March 30:
i'm going to go to the mailboxes etc. on monday and see if they have a box to put this in. i don't want to damage the joysticks in transit. i will then ship it probably tuesday through fedex priority overnight... take care.
So I ask him what's going on after a week and a half of anticipating the Hotrod, and I get this on Saturday, April 6:
let me dig up the tracking number on your particular package expect to hear back on monday. take care.
After hearing nothing on Monday, I ask him what's going on. This was sent April 11:
are you home during the day to sign for packages? it was sent signature required.
Since I have a leasing office where Fed Ex knows to drop packages off where the secretary can sign for them, and I can't get a tracking number from him, What should I do now?

Know any mafia type? ;)
Seriously though...does paypal offer any sort of fraud protection? I've never had a problem myself so I'm not sure what their policies are.
