I have a Rowe Ami Nostagia that i bought new a few years ago that has worked perfectly since installation. However, my son recently took some discs out to load on his ipod and since he has replaced them i cant get any discs to play at all? I have tried re initialising all discs but to no avail? The arm collects the disc and spins it briefly a few times but then replaces the disc and chooses another to do the same again, but no sound? I have read the instruction book in side out but cant find a solution. A friend who also has a Rowe Ami thinks mine ???may have gone into "freeze mode"? Can anyone offer any help? ???

Hi Ian,
Did you let the jukebox do a full initialisation (all of the disks on the jukebox) if not go into the service mode and do it again.
Is the system showing any errors and if so what are the numbers.

Hi Alan,
Thanks ever so much for showing an interest in helping me solve my issue.
I have re initialised all discs.
The machine is in Free play mode but when i try to select a disc now i get the message "NOT ALWD NI"
Any idea?

All discs were picked up and initialized? I've had problems before with single discs and the not allowed message due to dirty CDs maybe try to clean the lens on the player?

Hello Ian,
Can you confirm the CCC (central Control Computer) number?
This is not a error message I have come across.

Alan
