I know this was mentioned in another thread, but couldn't find it.
Is there a solution for the bottom of the letters being cut off?
-
shot in the dark guess is to mess with the game video options.
-
I can't remember where the option is in Mala, but look for "selected game line height" or something similar. This problem happens when the font's descenders (the 'tails' of letters like g, y, etc) are out of the bounds of the line height. Try making the line height greater or reducing the font size for selected game, that should do the trick. Let me know if you still have problems and I'll look at the Mala editor to find the correct option.

Did you try increasing the "selected height" or decreising the "selected game font" in the layout?
-
Got it fixed. Thanks!
I had messed with the selected height, but it didn't seem to do anything.
The problem was that it wasn't applying the change if I just typed a number in.
(but it would save the number I typed in ????)
It doesn't apply the change until you click the up or down arrow next to the number.
