Title: 5V on ipac

I am borrowing what looks to be an old ipac VE for my first build. It has two leads for 5v on there. Just wondering what the 5v was used for (doesn't seem to be on the new boards) and how much amperage they can handle. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure they can be used for turning a coin counter like this one:

Anyone know the current it can handle for wiring up some LEDs?
