Found this today, I'm sure it's been posted before but I never saw it.  If you can survive the headaches and crosseyeness then it is fun.

i dont see why the screen has to move up and down with the blocks. Its not like im moving my head when i play. I just move my eyes. Lol Reminds me of those people that would jerk the conrtoller up and down when they made basic mario jumps.

This one is at least playable. Do you guys remember that 1-st person 3D version, where you actually are the block falling into the pit. That one really made you sick. In the hard-core setting, similar blocks even vary the eye-position ON THE BLOCKS aaaaargh!.
