Title: X-Arcade Joystick not moving in new MameUI

hi guys

    Having problems with my x-arcade joystick in the new MameUI.  Although I think ive done everything I have no movement from the joystick in any games.  The buttons do what they r supposed to be doing but no joystick movement.
     I ran the xarcade test program and have no problems there everything registers.  If anybody knows anything about where I should be looking or ideas on how to fix the problem that would awesome.  I had no problems with this before.

Press TAB from within a game in mame. Reconfigure your GENERAL setup keys to the joystick movements and buttons.

i've tried to do this already

But has had no effect on gameplay

My only other suggestion would be to try the Xarcade controler config file.

Oh yeah, and make sure you haven't accidentally switched the adjuster on the back of the control panel itself.
I've inadvertantly switched it and it does indeed mess up your controls  >:D
