Title: DK JR monitor+control panel instruction cards/ CPO print option

This week or next it looks like I will be getting my hands on a red Nintendo cabinet.
As is it has a DK3 control panel,a DK jr marquee, and no bezel.
Locally a DK jr bezel is available for $20.
And since DK jr was a more popular game (and I like the art work better) I'll be looking to restore this to a DK JR.

I've check online but cant locate hi-res images of the instruction sticker (that goes on the bezel) and the one for the control panel.
If anyone has these can they please send them to vibefx@gmail.com

Lastly, I'm thinking that I will need a DK JR cpo, but thought about perhaps going with something custom, better suited to MAME and more games.
Has anyone seen (or does anyone have) any custom DK JR cpo art work ? Perhaps something with 6 buttons ?
