Okay, so i'm going to try to explain this as best as I can, but on my wells gardner 25k7191 at the very top of my screen my blacks/whichever color are actually faded across the entire top!? The fade also improves/gets worse when I mess with the vsize, but never fully goes away? The fade pretty much takes a black color and turns it a dark grey, or a blue color and turns it a light blue? I'm loosing anywhere between 1/4" to 1/2" of screen because of it! (if I adjust vsize to much it becomes unbearable, about 1.5 to 2 inch section of fade, but right now I have about a 1/4" section of fade) It isn't HORRIBLE, and I can live with it, but if its an easy fix I would be more than happy to give it a try! Thanks!

if i'm looking at the correct print......http://www.wellsgardner.com/pdf/Schematics/K7000_25_27_inch.pdf (http://www.wellsgardner.com/pdf/Schematics/K7000_25_27_inch.pdf)
for starters , replace C57 ( 47uF/160v use 250 v ) C204 4.7uF ( use 10uF @250v )
c48 ( 100uF/35v ) replace each with 105 degree rated caps .
and bear in mind there may be other 'lytics in need of replacement .....

So would a cap kit be a good idea?

i don't use the "shotgun" approach.
but, that may be best move for the home user .... so, yes
