ok so I just picked up a police trainer game and the monitor is not working. So I started trouble shooting and I have found the blown fuse on the monitor board and I have also verified that the IC4 pin to the transistor is shorted. So been reading a little and looks like quite a few things could be causing this. Weres a good place to start looking for parts or what kind of monitor can i look for to just change out complete. (any newer monitors that might work and what would be needed for a change over.)
Thanks

the hout xistor is likely shorted ( 2sd1398 ) and took out IC4 ( str30123)
the cause is most likely a value change of c57 ( 47uF/160v) use 105 degree when replacing...
that should get you started .
