Title: Controller help and HS - Aimtrak Problem??

Ok... So I have been messing around with this for a while now...  I have a 4 player control panel...see my sig for pics...
Two Aimtrak Guns...  The CP uses GpWizs...  When I am in Hyperspin and the guns are plugged in I can not get the JOYSTICKS to work in HS.  When I choose a game, they work fine, cause the mame.ini is in control now... When I unplug one aimtrak and then change the joy ids in the settingss.ini file to 1 and 2 instead of 2 and 3, like HyperHQ says, the JOYS WORK...., but my button assignments for Esc, Favorites, Genre, etc will not assign correctly...  I have Windows 7 64 Bit and when I try and use the Aimtrak software, it crashes...

When in Mame and I configuring the buttons, I know that my Player 1 is actually JOY 2, when I plug the gun back in , it changes to JOY 3...  I think I need to change Aimtraks guns to 1 and 4, but of course the software crashes...   I am almost there...  LOL...  Thanx for advice or help you can offer.

Leave the guns plugged in.  If that isn't an option, try using JoyIDs Utility to switch the joystick numbers to a better configuration.

JoyID's will work for some programs but not mame. It doesn't pay attention to Joystick ID's

I just posted a utility to help with this situation.
