Some of the commercials are fun to watch.

It's only a five-pound weight. I wonder how effective it actually would be? This would be something halfway useful to do while watching TV.

I've been doin' this for most of my life without a stinkin' weight and lemmie tell ya, my forearms are HUGE. Popeye huge. 19.95, indeed... ;)


But seriously, this thing looks stupid. No way in hell would I be caught using this.

it's 19 bucks at Walgreens.  I was going to buy one as a White Elephant gift for next Christmas, but I was too embarrassed.
