Title: Marquee light repair

Hey guys, sorry if this is in the wrong category, I couldn't really determine where to post this. Anyway, I'm attempting to fix the marquee light on my Tetris machine, I replaced the blub, but then noticed that there is no starter. I'm not sure what type of starter this florescent light uses. I know it uses a F15T8 bulb, can I determine it by that?
