Post by: roberts123 on July 22, 2010, 04:40:30 am
Hello,
On the Street Fighter cab i will need to replace two little patches of wood and they just happen to be where the t-molding goes and i need to know how to make the groove. Thanks for any help.

I thought it was supposed to be 1/16" (4/64")  I know it's only 1/64" we're talking about.  Would either do?

Depends on the t molding.  Eg chrome takes a larger size and smaller t molding takes a smaller  size.  The exact size of the slot cutter should be given for the t molding you are using.

slot cutter, arbor and router. I did my Multi-Williams like this and I was done in 15 minutes. take your time and let the slot cutter do the work. I got mine from t-molding when I ordered my batch of 5/8".
