Title: How can I make my own preview videos?

I want to add some videos to my frontend that are not on emumovies, how can I do this? What software works best? I have a fast pc, but I have no idea what software works.  I tried fraps once, and no matter what I did the videos looked choppy.  How does circo make those nice high quiality videos?

I used the S-Video out on my Notebook to a video capture device on my desktop. Trim and edit using VirtualDubMod, and everything's good.

I use Pinnacle for my movies. It's fairly inexpensive but pretty good for the money.

I set up my HD camera (panasonic hmc 150) right in front of my tv for a test and the footage came out awesome in 1080p.  The TV I was using for the test is only 720p.

you can be the judge how good it came out.

Extended, very nice, except I can see your reflection at the beginning (all serious with your arms crossed).
