I've been trying to contact VideoConnect (http://www.videoconnect.com/) about the SNK LS-30 rotary joystick for the last 2 months, but they never respond to any email I send them. :-\
I suspect they are just unwilling to ship something international or maybe their spam filter blocks *.nl emails? Could someone close to them in the USA please give 'em a call about this?
In case I cannot get them from VC myself, would some kind soul in the USA order a pair of them for me and ship them to Europe?
Please help a fellow BYOAC-er out 8)

Amazingly enough they are very UN-computer savy. For years they didn't update their website. They did it once... and I don't believe again.
I finally called them, they where GREAT! They took my order, and I had it in 2 days (across country). They even called me a few weeks later because they had found a part that I wanted!
Take this with this grain of salt. I'm in the US (1) and it was about a year ago that I ordered from them (2).
But at the time, I would have expected no email support after talking to them... and it wouldn't have bothered me.

Yeah give 'em a call if you can, the lady is very very nice on the phone - actually knew what the heck I wanted.

I agree....
I called them and requested a part that they didn't carry. She not only pointed me to multiple other resources but also gave me a ton of specific info to ask about at those other resources.

I can vouch for them too. I used them constantly for shipments to Canada until they ran out of NOS wico leaf switch joysticks. She told me once that they don't check their e-mail too often ?!?!?!?
Very nice people to talk to though, extremely friendly. (Tell em the mame guy from canada sent you, probably won't help you any, but might make my next shipment cheaper) ;)

I had exactly the same experience. I sent many emails to them over several months and didn't get a reply to one. Normally this would put me off completely but they have always had good feedback on the BYOAC message board so I decided to bite the bullet and phone them. I'm glad I did because the woman I spoke to (Kelly) was very helpful and friendly.
I arranged to order some joysticks and buttons and they gave me a shipping quote. I was given a choice of shipping methods and what I found particularly refreshing was that the quote they gave me was actually less than the actual shipping cost.
Their prices are very competitive and they sell things that you simply can't get elsewhere. Unfortunately you can't rely on their website as it is updated very infrequently.
I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again. It's just a shame they don't respond to emails. They must be losing a lot of potential orders because of that.
I can confirm they do accept international orders. I ordered from the UK.
