Title: Sooo i have been searching.

Can someone point me in the direction where i can make a two player control panel with trackball. Looking for a program that will assist me in making a template or if someone can point me to a template.

That street fighter overlay on that link was a huge blessing that is the exact layout I want this should make my life a bit easier
