Title: Only one item in a list.

Is there any way to autolaunch a game in a list when is the only one?
When I switch from a list to other, it would be great if a game is launched if it is the only one in the new list.

Not sure if I am a fan of that idea.

This feature could be an option in a emulator's configuration.

But What if you were moving through the emu's via keyboard next and Previous?  You would get stuck
