Title: wells-gardner 25k7193 removal from cab help please

Hi me again - have decided to remove my current wells-gardner 25k7193 screen from my cab and replace with a 22" crt
what i need help with is how do i go about the removal...? as i hear over and over these screens can kill if you dont know what you are doing..? any help i would be grateful thanks.
