Title: plain front end request

is there a way for me to have just a directory list for choosing my games?  like dos prompt style?  i'd need the screen to be white and text to be black though...

You can also create a very simple layout for AtomicFE with the style you want.

I guess you do that with mala , mamewah or others.

Actually, Mame has a built in DOS looking front end now. Just launch Mame.exe and see what it looks like.

However, Atomic is better...
