yeah woot lol..
this has to be the hardest "hack" I ever did. LITERALLY look like 3 hours :hissy: an hour trying to figure out why these random-ass softwares wont run on windows7. turns out I just need a clean reboot :banghead:
either way I got it done. and this xbox is spanking brand new so I wouldnt have to worry about overheat and whatnot(I dunno how good falcon chipset is). will bump my thread here if I offer my jtagging service. I am sure things will be easier next time around(just like building arcades). gonna mess around with emulators tomorrow..

Did you have to use a 360 with Pre-September 09 dashboard on it? I know this was a requirement initially.

Old New Stock, basically stores sometimes don't sell much and continue to have old product on the shelves. I dunno about Elites but I think every Arcade where the box says it doesn't have onboard memory and instead an external memory card would have shipped with the bladed dashboard. Heck I got an Xbox 360 wheel two months ago from a major electronics store and it was fairly old, sold in the old 'big rectangle' box where as the current wheels are shipped in a smaller box that's slightly angled with a plastic viewing port to see most of the wheel even.

My recent Xenon JTAG just decided to RROD today... :( I had it booting directly into Freestyle dash 2.0. I changed the fan setting to 100% and the box locked up and gave the dreaded RROD. Looks like I'll be doing a RROD repair later today on it. I should have just taken care of the RROD possibility when I had it open to do the 3.5 HDD mod.
